It was reading through the Charles D’Angelo reviews which eventually gave me the kick up the butt to take my fitness and my health into my own hands, after many years of neglecting it. Something which I used to always struggle with was visualizing the end of the project, although I know that healthy eating and exercise would help me to achieve my goal weight and make me fitter, I just couldn’t see it and because of that I would ignore my responsibilities.

I have to be honest the one thing that myself and my friends really loved about an online course was the fact that everything is mapped out for you. This means that there is no time you have to invest on learning abut what is good for you or what you should do and when, the course has already covered all of that so that all you have to do is follow it.
