Smith · May 2, 2018 · Leave a Comment

If you’re a self-confessed sun seeker, who is interested in visiting as many of the world’s top-rated, pristine beaches as possible, it’s well worth continuing reading to discover a few extra beaches to add to your travel bucket list.

The Best Beaches Around the World:

1. Grace Bay Beach – Turks & Caicos

Grace Bay Beach is one of the top rated beaches in the Carribean and is highest rated beach in Turks & Caicos. Recently Grace Bay Beach was awarded the title of being the second best beach in the entire world by the well-respected travel review site Trip Advisor.

Should you opt to visit Grace Bay Beach, you’ll be able to enjoy 3 miles of powder white sand and a protected reef, which makes Grace Bay Beach, the perfect spot to snorkel. As the reef protects the beach from swells, you’ll also be able to stand up paddle board and swim, without having to worry about navigating waves.

2. The Baths – British Virgin Islands

The Baths are located on the Virgin Gorda and stand out as there is a multitude of rock boulders which decorate the beach and it’s crystal clear water. If you visit The Baths the largest rock boulder that you’re likely to see will be a staggering 40 feet long. Some of the beach’s boulders have formed arches, tunnels and stunning grottos over the years, which are also well worth exploring on a getaway to the British Virgin Islands.

3. Whitehaven Beach – Australia

If you’re interested in getting off the beaten tourist track and visiting a world-class beach where you’re unlikely to see another soul, it’s well worth heading to Whitehaven Beach, which is located on Whitsunday Island. Which is a picturesque, tranquil island which is located in the state of Queensland.

So if you love the sound of walking down a beach which offers crystal white, powder soft sand and crystal clear, clean water, it’s well worth including Whitehaven Beach in Australia on your bucket list.

4. Anse Lazio – The Seychelles

Anse Lazio often features on the Lonely Planet’s lists of top beaches and is generally considered the most spectacular beach in the Seychelles. Which is a group of islands which is located in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Anse Lazio is located on Praslin Island and offers a tranquil, remote beach which is worth visiting at least once in your lifetime.

5. Koh Rong Beach – Cambodia

If you don’t want to deal with the crowds which you’ll find in Thailand, you may want to consider opting to visit Koh Rong Beach in Cambodia instead. Koh Rong Beach is located off the beaten tourist track and is located on an island which doesn’t feature any roads and has limited lighting at night. However, Koh Rong is well worth visiting as stunning coral and bioluminescent plankton can be spotted in the beach’s warm water.

In conclusion, you can’t go wrong opting to include all five of the stunning, world-class beaches listed above on your bucket list!
